1. Get lots of water

2. Exercise daily

Regularly go for long, brisk walks. You will see a healthy glow and a brighter complexion.

3. Healthy eating habits are possible

Fresh fruits and vegetables rich in Vitamin C are great for cleansing. Papayas are a good choice. The effectiveness of potatoes in lightening dark spots, scarring, and sunburn is remarkable.

Avoid eating fried, junk food, and sweet or spicy foods. You should also choose the diet that suits your constitution, based on your body type (Vata, Pitta or Kapha).

4. Rest well

Your face will show a well-rested body. Get eight hours of sleep.

Ayurvedic facials and scrubs are a good option. Natural herbs are safe and chemical-free. It is recommended to use Vitamin E oil. After a long day, wash your face and moisturize it. Apply water to your eyes at least twice a day. To remove toxins, you can do weekly body massages using oil that is appropriate for your body.

6. Smile more

This is the best makeup you can use on your face. Your skin will glow if you smile more.

7. Meditate

Meditate twice a day, each day. This will allow you to radiate from the inside and out.
