Some knowledgeable people , who has attained the knowledge of Self, says that karma is the fruit depends on the one’s internal intent in his past life. Thus, whatever you see externally within the present life are all the fruits of one’s inner intents of one’s past life.

The process of action and reaction on all levels—physical, mental, and spiritual—is karma. Here is an example. I say kind words to you, and you are feeling peaceful and happy. I say harsh words to you, and you become ruffled and upset. The kindness and therefore the harshness will return to me, through others, at a later time. this is often karma.

What we sow so shall be Reap

The Vedas, Hinduism’s revealed scripture, tell us if we sow goodness, we’ll reap goodness; if we sow evil, we’ll reap evil. Thus we create our own destiny through thought and action. and therefore the law is: whatever karma we are experiencing in our life is simply what we’d like at the instant, and zip can happen but that we have got the strength to satisfy it.

what you sow , so shall you reap

Even harsh karma, when faced wisely, is often the best catalyst for spiritual growth. Understanding the way karma works, we seek to measure an honest and virtuous life through right thought, right speech, and right action. this is often called dharma.

Lets understand it more clearly,

Karma is a essential energy. We throw the energy out through thoughts, words, and deeds, and it comes back to us, in time, through people. Karma is our greatest teacher, for we should face the results of our actions and thus improve and refine our behavior, or suffer if we don’t. Hindus check out time as a circle, as things cycle around again. Professor Einstein came to an equivalent conclusion. He saw time as a curve, and space also. this is able to eventually make a circle. Karma may be a very just law that, like gravity, treats everyone as an equivalent.
