My ideal schedule is as following.

  1. WakeUp
  2. Toilet (15-20 minutes)
  3. Going out for running (40 minutes)
  4. Bath (20 minutes)
  5. Going Temple. (15 minutes)

I want to take bath after running. Because running se pasina aata h. But mere is schedule k liye btaye. Meditation ko me kha dalu. Or suryoday k phle tk mere konse karya hojana chaiye.
