What is Stress?

It is a mental pressure due to some situation.  On account of such pressure hormones release in our body which enables you to fight with the situation and consequently you come out of that situation.  Therefore  Heart rate increases, breathing quickens, Muscles tighten, Blood pressure increases.

This chemical reaction is known as Fight or Flight. Means get out of all adverse situation and go ahead in the race of life. Then be secured.

Acute Stress

Stress which remains for a short time and be released after your effort is known as  Acute  Stress. This stress is not so harmful to your Health.

Symptoms of Acute Stress

A headache, Fatigue, Sleeplessness, Unable to Concentrate, Stomach Problems, Irritation etc

Chronic Stress

Stress which is not released by self-effort and remains for a long time is known as Chronic Stress. This may cause serious health complications if you don’t adopt stress management techniques seriously. Before knowing about Stress Management techniques,   it is necessary to know about the complications of Chronic Stress. It causes  Depression, High Blood pressure, Hardening of Arteries, Heart disease, Heart attack, Heartburn, Stomach Problems/Constipation, Weight loss or Gain, Sex drive fluctuation, Infertility, Asthma, Skin problems etc

No.1  Identify Stress

Maintain a Dairy and monitor your Mental State. When you feel stress write down the cause, your thoughts, and mood. Once you know what’s bothering you, develop a plan for addressing it. That might mean setting more reasonable expectations for yourself and others or asking for help with household responsibilities, job assignments or other tasks. List all your commitments, assess your priorities and then eliminate any tasks that are not absolutely essential.  Have some courage to accept all situations and challenges in life.   Remember this quote:-

No.2 Build Strong Relationship

Maintain a Good relationship with Family so that stress can’t even curse you. The flight between family members is a big cause of stress and the most serious one is the fight between the couple. There is a sudden change in Stress Hormones due to this fight between members. Good Relationship works as medicine towards release fo stress and sometimes ideas arise and stressful condition disappears totally. Always remember this Quote:-

The family is the Center of Life and it is the key to Eternal happiness ”

No.3  Manage your Anger

When you get angry, get up and count one to ten and ten to one. Go out of your house and have a walk of 100-200 km. After doing this stress arising from Angry will be released. Always remember this Quote:-

  ” Anger does not solve anything, It builds nothing, but it can destroy everything”

No.4 Rest your Mind

Sleeplessness is the big cause of Stress. So six to seven hours of sleep is necessary for body and mind.TV, Computers, Mobile all such items should not be kept in your bedroom because it diverts you for a good sleep. Research says that Yog, Meditation, relaxation exercises not only kills your stress but it boosts your immune power. Always remember this Quote:-

 ” You either control your mind or it controls you”

If you adopt stress management techniques sincerely,    90% stress of your life would have vanished. 10% Stress in life is essential to survival and it enables you to do daily work followed by a good decision.  This 10% of Stress is positive and Temporary. Remember this Quote:-
